Common questions

I can't sign in — the magic link isn't arriving

Sign-in links are sent to the address on your account and can take a minute to land. Check your spam or promotions folder first, and make sure you opened the most recent link — requesting a new one invalidates the previous one. Links expire after 24 hours. In the iOS app the email contains a six-digit code instead: type it into the sign-in screen within 10 minutes. Still stuck? Write in below with the email address you're trying to use.

I'm not getting notifications

Check Settings → Notifications in the app for your per-league preferences. On iOS, also confirm notifications are allowed for LeagueHaus in the system Settings app — declining the initial prompt turns them off until you re-enable them there.

A score or standing looks wrong

Scores are entered by league admins and managers, and standings recalculate from them. Ask your league admin to correct the game result — they can edit a completed score from the game night. If the standings still disagree with the results after that, send us the league name and the night in question.

How do I join a league?

Leagues are run by venues. Ask your venue or league admin for an invite link, or browse public leagues from Discover. Invitations are sent by email and expire after seven days.

Deleting your account

You can delete your LeagueHaus account and its personal data at any time, from the app or the web:

Open Settings → Profile.
Scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom and choose Delete account.
Type your account email to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent — your profile, memberships, and notification history are removed, and we can't restore them afterwards. Game results already recorded in a league's history remain, with your name detached. If you want a copy of your data first, use Export my data in the same section — it downloads your profile, memberships, and notification preferences as JSON. If you can't sign in to complete these steps, pick "Delete my account or data" in the form above and we'll handle it for you.
