DMCA / Copyright Policy

LeagueHaus respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement on the Service in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "DMCA"), and how we handle those notices.

1. Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content on LeagueHaus infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent (see Section 4) that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list).
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (for example, a URL).
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not receive a response. Knowingly submitting a materially false notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

2. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent including all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which LeagueHaus may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice or that person's agent.

3. Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

4. Designated Agent
